We have had some unusual winter weather here in our neck of the woods. We were told that snow is infrequent at best and that we usually only get ice storms and the like. Well, we have had a lot of snow this season and of course, snow melts. When it melts, it drips and if the temps stay low you get some really cool decoration on your house!
